1. This matter is appearing in the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. Inadvertent typographical errors have crept into order dated 19th September, 2025.

3. In paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 of the aforesaid order the bill amount has been mentioned "Rs.8,96,344/-" instead of "Rs.8,96,334/-". The bill amount in the aforesaid paragraphs be read as "Rs.8,96,334/-" instead of "Rs.8,96,344/-".

4. In the 2nd and 3rd line of paragraph 3 the e-tender number has been mentioned as "21/RHAT-II/20-21 dated 6th January, 2021". The e-tender number be read as "BHM/RHAT-II/EO/N-01/2020-2021, Sl. No.-02, dated 9th January, 2021" in place of aforesaid e-tender number.

5. In the 5th line of paragraph 3, the name of the gram panchayat is mentioned "Bishnupur"

instead of

"Budhigram". The name of the gram panchayat be read as "Budhigram" instead of "Bishnupur".

6. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

7. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

8. This order shall form part of order dated 19th September, 2025.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
