Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

Report is filed by the Circle Inspector, Mogra, Hooghly (Rural). It appears from the report further investigation is in progress to trace out the absconding accused. Petitioner was interrogated in the correctional home.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegation relates to trafficking of a minor victim. Further investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
