Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, it is alleged that intermediate quantity of narcotic was seized from the co-accused. No contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Another two accused were granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the State and having considered that no contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and that, intermediate quantity of contraband was recovered from the possession of the co-accused, we grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the

satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Dakshin Dinajpur, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a fortnight till the conclusion of the investigation.
