Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has released an amount to the tune of Rs.9,000/- as per the parent order of this Court and subsequently the petitioners in the writ petition have been allowed to function as cooks under the mid-day-meal scheme in the concerned school.

It is further submitted that the concerned bank account is required to made operational by the concerned Block Development Officer.

However, it transpires that the said grievance is beyond the scope of the main writ petition and the parent order and as such, cannot be dealt with in the contempt application.

As it transpires that the order of this Court dated May 15, 2024 passed in WPA No. 13228 of 2024 has since been complied with both by the petitioner as well as the alleged contemnor, no

further cause of action remains for the contempt application.

Accordingly, CPAN 1111 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
