However, on perusal of the revisional application it is seen this revision is directed against the order passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon in Misc. Case No. 96 of 2021 on 24.03.2021.This Court has no jurisdiction to decide any matter arising out of a proceeding pending before a Criminal Court and no Civil Revision lies against order passed by a Criminal Court.

Therefore, present application being misconceived is not maintainable and dismissed.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O.1908 of 2021 is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
