Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to meet his parents who are residing at Cooch Behar and prays for relaxation. Bail was granted on 8th August, 2022. However, the process of the trial is yet to commence. Having regard to the prayer so advanced, I direct the petitioner to take out an application before the learned special court assigning his reasons. The learned court will exercise his discretion, take particulars of the accused and in a given circumstance for a specific cause or reason will be at liberty to either allow or reject such prayer.

With the aforesaid observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
