Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim shows petitioners and one Unish Ali and Intaj Ali had set the victim on fire. As a result, he died. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
