The petitioner in this case has prayed for expeditious disposal of JJB case No. 33 of 2018 arising out of Jadavpur Police Station Case No. 409 of 2015 pending before the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Kolkata.

Considering the reliefs prayed for in the petition this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping this application pending and causing service upon the opposite parties. In the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of by requesting the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Kolkata to dipose of the JJB Case No. 33 of 2018 arising out of Jadavpur Police Station Case No. 409 of 2015 expeditiously and preferably within two months from the next date fixed.
