We are informed by Mr. Kalyan Kr. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioner that the O.A. No. 117 of 2023 has been withdrawn. He submits since the writ petition has been filed assailing an order during pendency of the said O.A., in view of such development subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the same has become infructuous.
