For the Applicant/Petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay Mr. Suman Dey ...for the alleged contemnors Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors and submits that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 19th March, 2019 has been complied with upon issuance of appointment letter dated 8th April, 2024 in favour of the applicant.

In support of such submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnors reliance has been placed on page 10 of the affidavit-of-compliance affirmed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas on 12th April, 2024.

On perusal of the document which is at page 10 of the affidavit-of-compliance it appears that the teacher in charge of the concerned school has already issued appointment letter to the applicant requesting him to join within certain time.

Affidavit-of-compliance which is placed before this court is taken on record.

In view of issuance of appointment letter dated 8th April, 2024 it appears that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 19th March, 2019 is complied with. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
