Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order imposing penalty and petitioner has also prayed for relief of release of vehicle in question by the WBGST authority concerned.

Petitioner is claiming to be the owner of the goods in question.

It appears from record that order of provisional relief of the vehicle in question has already been passed by imposing penalty.

Furthermore, the impugned adjudication order is an appellable order.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and grant any relief except granting relief to the petitioner to file statutory appeal and if so filed the same may be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the appellate authority concerned by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
