The application for cancellation of bail was taken up on 30th November, 2024 when none represented the petitioner. Again, the matter was called on 29th January, 2024 when none represented the petitioner. Today, when the matter is again called on, none represented the petitioner.

A memo of evidence has been filed at instance of the State. Let the same be kept with the record.

Report/memo of evidence reflects that the investigation of the case is still continuing. The opposite party no.2 was granted bail on 22.11.2022. The case basically is on documents, as it seems from the memo of evidence. Having considered the same and the attending circumstances, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for interfering with the order of granting bail. Accordingly, CRM(SB) 143 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
