Learned advocate for the petitioner submits before this Court that the allegation made out in the FIR is not true and the instant application for bail may be considered favourably.

Prayer for bail has been opposed by learned advocate for the State.

On perusal of the entire material placed before us, we find that the allegation against the present accused petitioner is grave in nature.

Considering such circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected at this stage. The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2130 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
