This instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 3rd July, 2023, passed by the respondent no.5.

Mr. Neogi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been mistakenly filed and the order dated 3rd July, 2023 ought to have been assailed before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal and accordingly, he prays for leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Tribunal.

In view of thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal.
