Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 112 days. He draws the attention of the Court to the various documents annexed to the petition. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7280 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
