Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and accordingly, the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the instant case.

In view of such submission, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructious'.

The copy of the order passed by the Executive Engineer, Kolkata Municipal Corporation dated 4th April, 2022 filed in Court today be taken on record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
