Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case dairy. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7283 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
