Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case dairy. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7284 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
