We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier. Victim is a eight years old girl. We find no reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
