The grievance of the petitioner is the case being NI- 131/21 is pending before the court of learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah for a considerable period. The petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the case NI 131/21. Upon consideration the relief prayed for this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this application pending and directing service of notice. Thus this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is disposed of with a request to the learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah to dispose of NI-131/21 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act within four months from the date of communication of this order.
