Mr. Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on his behalf submits that the petitioner's daughter had already been recovered and she is presently residing at her parental house. Let the relevant documents, as produced, be kept on record.

Such fact has been admitted by Ms. Beriwal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Since the petitioner's daughter had already been recovered, we are of the opinion that no further interference is called for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

The personal appearance of Mr. Roy, the Inspector-in-Charge of Baruipur Police Station is dispensed with.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
