Petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that he instituted a civil suit being TS No. 21 of 2023 before the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Chandannagar wherein the court was pleased to pass an order of temporary injunction.

The allegation of the petitioner is that she has been pressurized by the private respondents to withdraw the civil case and to that effect immense mental torture was created which instilled a fear of insecurity.

Petitioner complained to Haripal Police Station, but no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to the complaint received from the petitioner, Haripal Police

Station Case no. 322 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 has been registered for investigation.

Police authorities on conclusion of investigation have also submitted charge sheet under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code against the FIR named accused persons. Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps, police authorities would also ensure that in future if any complaint is received they would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16582 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
