It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners court is lying vacant. They renew their bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a mentally challenged girl. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier in May, 2023. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

We request the Judge-in-charge to record the evidence of the prosecution witnesses to expedite the trial. Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
