For the Petitioners Mr. Ranabir Roy Choudhury, Advocate Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, Advocate ... ...For the State Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the order dated September 17, 2021 passed in CRM 6089 of 2021 and having considered the materials in the case diary, we are of the view that the petitioners can claim parity with regard to the other co-accused who were granted anticipatory bail on September 17, 2021 and having considered the fact that the police submitted charge-sheet, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and with a further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date and with a further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court on every date fixed for hearing. The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 7289 of 2021 is disposed of.
