It is claimed on behalf of the petitioner that the entire amount of Rs.7 lacs stands either secured or paid. In such circumstances, the condition of the order granting bail dated December 23, 2021 requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight till conclusion of the investigation is modified. The petitioner will meet the Investigating Officer as and when called for till completion of investigation.
