It is found from the record that the instant writ petition was lastly listed on 24th August, 2012 and thereafter the petitioner did not take any step for hearing of the instant writ petition. Accordingly, this Court has every reason to hold that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed for default.
