1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. In the order dated 14.08.2019, the petitioners are directed to appear before the I.O. once in a month.

3. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the State that chargesheet in the case has already been filed. In view of such fact, the aforesaid condition obliging the petitioner to appear before the I.O. once in a month is completely waived.

4. Accordingly, the interim application being CRAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

5. Department is directed not to list CRAN 1 of 2023 as it has already been disposed of.
