It is submitted that there is little possibility of the trial concluding in near future. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits housewife committed suicide within two years of marriage. We have considered the materials on record. Statemtnts of witnesses show the victim housewife was subjected to torture over dowry and committed suicide within two years of marriage. In view of the aforesaid material and period of detention suffered by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
