1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. In view of the fact that as on date the petitioner is a proclaimed offender, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
