This writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation praying for a direction upon the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14th June, 2023 for removal of the alleged encroachment over a plot of land. 2.

It is seen that the representation has been received by the authorities and till date, no written orders have been passed by the authorities.

Therefore, there will be a direction to the 6th respondent to consider the representation dated 14th June, 2023 and pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the writ petitioners

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of server copy of this order.
