1. Nobody appears for the petitioner.

2. We have considered the materials on record.

3. Dead body of the deceased was recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who are enlarged on bail. Trial is in progress.

4. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The bail application, is thus, rejected.
