Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated September 21, 2022, the District Magistrate was directed to decide all issues in accordance with law as per the observations made in the said order, but no specific time limit was fixed for the District Magistrate to so decide. However, such prayer is beyond the scope of a clerical or arithmetical correction and hence, since no time limit was given in the order dated September 21, 2022, no such correction need be incorporated in the said order.

In any event, it is expected that the District Magistrate will decide the issue as expeditiously as possible.
