Learned senior advocate representing the seventh and eighth respondents submits, upon instructions, that an opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner as well as his clients and necessary order has been passed by the Corporation.

In view of the submission made hereinabove, it appears that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition has already been granted by the Corporation, and hence nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. The writ petition is thus disposed of.

Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the seventh and eighth respondents be taken on record.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the seventh and eighth respondents to correct the nomenclature of the opposition filed in court today which has wrongly been marked as affidavit-in-reply. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
