Counsel for the private respondent submits that charge sheet has since been filed and his client is on bail. In these circumstances, since the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
