The present revisional application has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 24.04.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, in Criminal Revision No. 141 of 2019. It is submitted by the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner that the present revisional application has now become infructuous as the proceedings before the Trial Court has been completed and the application has been disposed of finally. In view of the said submission of the learned Advocate-onrecord, the present revisional application is disposed of as 'infructuous'.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
