This frivolous application has been filed by the mother-in-law against the daughter-in-law without disclosing the fact that she has received an amount of Rs.12 lacs from the LIC as she was the nominee. 2.

In view thereof, this application is dismissed with exemplary cost assessed at Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the daughter-in-law so that in future, she does not indulge in any kind of frivolous litigation.

3. This amount shall be paid within a period of fortnight.

4. The application is, thus, dismissed.
