Having considered that the learned ACJM is in seisin of the issues, I am of the view that whether statutory court has got any jurisdiction or not is to be decided by the revisional court and/or the appellate court of that statutory court. This Court while exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India will not enter into the domain regarding the jurisdiction of legality, illegality and/or, act and actions of that statutory court.
