Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the version of the victim in the FIR and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are contradictory. The petitioners pray for bail. Learned counsels for the State and the de facto complainant oppose the prayer.

I have considered the material on record. The victim has named the petitioners before the doctor during her medical examination. She has implicated them in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure. This Court is informed that schedule for examination of the victim has been fixed today. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
