Learned advocate representing the contemnor submits upon instruction that the pension papers of the petitioner has been returned from the office of the DPPG for want of certain documents.

The list of documents which the petitioner is required to submit before the contemnor for taking further action in the matter is reflected in the communication dated June 10, 2022 issued by the Chairperson, Board of Administrators, Raiganj Municipality to the Director of Local Bodies. It has been submitted that on receipt of the aforesaid documents, the approval may be obtained from the Director of Local Bodies and thereafter the file will be forwarded to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance.

The communication indicating the documents required for further processing the case has been handed over by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the contemnor to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in Court today. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Board of Administrators, Raijanj Municipality for making all the papers ready and for obtaining approval of the Director of Local Bodies and thereafter for forwarding the same to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance for making payment. Positive steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The communication dated June 10, 2022 by the Chairperson, Board of Administrators, Raijanj Municipality be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
