Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, there are two conflicting dying declarations. Learned the learned advocate appearing for the State. The issue of alleged conflict in the dying declaration was raised on December 24, 2020. The same was considered. Bail was granted to the mother-in-law. The prayer of the petitioner was turned down after considering the two dying declarations. There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the order dated December 24, 2020 necessitating grant of bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7298 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
