This Court by order dated 6.8.2024 disposed of the appeal and the pending application with liberty to the appellants to avail remedy before the appropriate forum.

Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that due to inadvertence she could not pray for return of the certified copy of the order passed by the learned Judge, Second Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta.

In view of such submission, we direct the Assistant Court Officer to hand over certified copy of the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Second Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta upon submission of photo copy of the same for the record.
