... for the petitioner In this case the writ petitioner has challenged the three orders of the learned 2nd Industrial Tribunal dated 31.07.2019, 29.09.2021, 30.05.2022 and So far as the order dated 31.07.2019, is concerned, according to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the dispute between the writ petitioner and its workman, has been fully and finally settled vide an order of this Court dated 13.12.2023 and the settlement amount of Rs.
5,00,000/- has also been paid by the petitioner. Pursuant to the same, he submits, that the present writ petition is infructuous so far as the order dated 31.07.2019 is concerned.
A cost of Rs.5,000/- was imposed vide order dated 29.09.2021 whereas the cost of Rs.2,000/- was imposed upon the writ petitioner vide order dated 30.05.2022.
In view of the fact of the dispute having been fully and finally settled between the writ petitioner and the respondent workman, these two orders are
found to be infructuous and having no effect any further.
So far as the impugned order dated 31.07.2019 is concerned, the same will have the effect of being merged with this Court's order dated 13.12.2023.
It is to be mentioned that none appeared for the respondents.
Considering the nature of the case, the matter has been taken up and disposed of in the absence of the respondents.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
