Challenging the sustainability of the order dated 17.5.2007 passed by the respondent whereby the prayer for transfer of the petitioner was turned down and seeking a 45direction upon the respondent to issue an order of transfer in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition was instituted. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
