The petitioner as an accused in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No. 308 of 2021 dated 3.7.2021 under Sections 302/34 of the IPC is seeking anticipatory bail inter alia on the ground that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case over the dispute between the petitioner's family and deceased. It is submitted that the deceased was a habitual criminal having previous criminal record. Learned advocates for the State submit that the case diary and raised objection against prayer for bail of the petitioner. Having heard learned advocates for both sides and on perusal of the case diary and considering of the nature of offence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
