Heard the submission of the learned advocate representing both the parties, in view of the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner had expired on 2nd September, 2020 and the application for substitution was not allowed. The applications have accordingly become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid order no further order needs to be passed.
