After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 17115 of 2022 may be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 being The Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 21.06.2022 requesting for information and the reason for frozen the Bank accounts of the petitioner. The representation shall be disposed of within a week from date by way of a reasoned order upon hearing the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from date on which such reasoned order is passed. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
