The revisional application is not maintainable as the petitioner seeks implementation of an order dated April 1, 2023 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat in Misc. (Act VIII) Case No.235 of 2015. The petitioner is not aggrieved by the order dated April 1, 2023. The application for non-compliance of the order of the learned court below should be filed before the said court. The High Court cannot implement the order, by invoking powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.
