Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint on June 16, 2024 but no steps have been taken by the Officer-in-Charge, Titagarha Police Station, Titagarha, West Bengal.

Though proper service has been made no one appears for the State or the private respondents. As submitted by the petitioner no steps have been taken by the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station. The Officer-in-Charge, Titagarha Police Station, Titagarha, West Bengal is requested to consider the complaint dated June 16, 2024 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above observation the application being WPA 17532 of 2024 is disposed of.
