1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This being a case of property offence, committed by more than one person and the name of the present petitioner having been taken by the co-accused, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary.

3. In view of such fact, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
