1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The basis of implication of the petitioner though stated to be the statement of the co-accused, regard being had to the nature of offence and the seriousness of the same, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in favour of the petitioner.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
